Zumba® Gold/Basics
The perfect combination of a workout with a learning component, Zumba® Basics, also called Zumba® Gold, takes the same exciting Latin and International dance rhythms created in the original Zumba® workout and brings them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, anyone who thinks they "can't dance", yet is also wonderful for the seasoned Zumba® participant who wants to improve their dance ability or brush-up on their technique! Part lesson and part applied practice, at various points during the class, Amy may pause to break down steps, demonstrate proper form and assist individuals with technique. Basic steps for the basic Zumba® rhythms often include: Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Mambo, Reggeaton, Cha-Cha. Absolutely no dance experience necessary!
Zumbatomic® (Zumba Kids)

Zumbatomic® is the crazy-cool, dance-fitness-based workout for kids ages 10 - 18 set to hip-hop, salsa, reggaeton and more. Zumbatomic® takes the same great fun and energy as an adult Zumba® class, but the songs are suitable especially for kids! PARTY YOUR WAY FIT! ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE (or coordination!) REQUIRED!!!
Zumba® Toning
Zumba® Toning takes the original moves and flavor of a Zumba® dance-fitness class and adds 1 - 3 lb. hand weights or "toning sticks" (special Zumba® hand weights filled with sand that shake like Maracas) for a cardio-muscle conditioning workout unlike any other you've ever seen before! By combining some of the basic cardio dance steps of Zumba® with light muscle conditioning work, Zumba® Toning is a perfect compliment to your regular Zumba® classes or other aerobic workouts and is sure to give you that lean and sculpted look!
